How much are the homes?
Our pricing ranges from $1,4750,000—$1,840,000. Our pricing includes GST and a beautifully appointed home with a fully finished basement and landscaping.

How large are the lots?
They range in size from 6,400 sq.ft. to 11,800 sq.ft. and the average sized lot is 8,300 sq.ft.

When are plans and prices being released?
Now Selling ~ Only SIX Homes Remain!

When will the first homes be available for move in?
Our first homes are anticipated for completion in mid Summer.

Can I customize my home?
Absolutely. You will have the ability to choose the finishes that suit your style including customizing the floor plan if needed.

Do you have any plans with a master bedroom on the main floor?
Yes we do!

Do you have any plans with a triple garage?
Yes we do! And all of our plans feature oversized garages for additional storage.

Is the property on sewer and water?
It’s serviced by municipal water and the subdivision has it’s own sewer treatment system.

Who maintains the greenspaces?
The 64 home owners form a strata corporation that will manage the landscaping, road maintenance and private sewage system.

How much is the strata fee?
The strata fee is estimated at $130/month.
